What time do we need to arrive?
Birthday parties are either AM (10AM to Noon) or PM (1PM to 3PM). We recommend you arrive 45 minutes prior to your booking to allow enough time to register, recieve equipment and sit through a safety orientation. For the AM brithdays that would mean 9:15AM and for the PM birthdays that would mean 12:15PM.
What if we have extra players?
Fox 4 has plenty of rental equipment. If you happen to bring a few extra players you can pay form them when you arrive - no need to make an additional reservation. However, if you're planning on bringing 20+ players, please call ahead to confirm availability.
Can we bring our own paintballs?
No. While players can bring their own paintball markers, we require that all participants in a birthday party use Fox 4 Paintball's field paint only.
Is my deposit refundable?
No. We allow you to reschedule your booking once without penalty prior to 48 hours of your booking. The second (and subsequent) change to a reservation date will result in a forfeiture of 50% of your deposit. Any changes made to a reservation date within 48 hours of the booking will result in a forfeiture of 50% of the deposit. If a portion of a deposit is forfeited you will be required to bring the deposit balance back to the starting point in order to secure your new reservation date. If you fail to show up for your booking 100% of your deposit is forfeited.
Can we bring our own food?
Yes. However, we have a full service snack shack on premise for all your food needs (except cakes). No Drugs or Alcohol.
Do the parents need to stay at the field during the party?
No. We will assign a party coordinator (referee) to your party and the parents are free to come and go as they please. Please don't forget to comeback and pick up you kids - while we enjoy their company during the day we don't want to get stuck with them.
Do people usually tip the refs?
Yes. Usually around 10% of your initial booking cost. But, just like a waitress or waiter - if you think you got exceptional service you're welcome to tip more. |
