Captains meeting will be at 8:00 AM - All teams are expected to have a
representative present at the captain's meeting. So, that doesn't mean get
here at 8:00 AM - the first game starts at 8:30 AM - Get here early - I'd say
by 7:00 AM. The sooner we get the captains meeting underway the sooner we
finish it and get the games started.
Can I Bring My Own Paint?
No, the Fox 4 Tournaments are event paint only.
That means that you must purchase the paint on the day of the event from Fox 4. We
will be selling a specific brand and color paint for the event. Do not purchase your
paint in the store - event paint will be available out back in or near the staging
area.
How Fast Can My Gun Be Shooting?
During tournaments, you gun can chrony in at 300fps. Once again - read the
rules on this one - there are penalty points that can be assessed for "Hot"
guns.
How Long Do The Games Last?
5-man: Games will be 5 minutes in duration
7-man: Games will be 7 minutes in Duration
Games will have 3 minutes in between each game
to allow for time to collect pods and what not. In order to keep on
schedule - all fields will be started at the same time and we will be keeping
to this very tight schedule. Players that are not in the starting box at "Game On" will automatically be eliminated from the game.
Will I Be Playing Against Other Divisions?
5-man: Depending upon the number of teams signing up you may or may not play against other division. It is our hope that teams will only play other teams in their division.
7-man: No - there is only 1 division..
How Many Games Will We Play?
Each team is guaranteed 6 Preliminary Games.
5-man: The top 4-8 teams in each
division will make play-offs.
7-man: The top 4 teams will advance to the Semi-Finals.
How Do We Make Play-offs?
5-man: A total of 4-8 teams in each division (Rookie, Novice and Intermidate) will make the
play-offs. It will be based on points scored during the Preliminary round.
7-man: The top 4 teams will advance to the Semi-Finals.
How Much Money Will I Spend?
Well, the classic answer is that it all depends.
7-man: Entry is $400 per team After that it depends upon how much paint your team shoots. Many teams will pool paint costs so that the back
guys (who are protecting the front guys) don't have to pay more for paint
then those that they protect. Figure on average teams will shoot 10 cases
of paint in prelims - at $60 per case that is a total of $600, so you're right around $125
per player assuming an 8 man roster..

Can We Bring Beer?
NO! There is absolutely no alcohol or
drugs of any kind are allowed on the property.
How Old Do You Have To Be To Play?
Players range in age from ten years old to senior citizens. (You
MUST be at least 10 to play at Fox 4
Paintball.)
What Should I Wear?
You'll want to make sure you read the rules on this one. Pink and Orange
are reserved colors (can't wear Pink or Orange), and you must play in a long
sleeve shirt and pants (No shorts or short sleeve shirts).
